This processing model relates to the administrative, accounting and pedagogical management of public and private educational establishments

Purposes (5)

A purpose is the objective pursued by the setting up of your file. It indicates what the processing of personal data will be used for, its purpose. This purpose must be clear and understandable

Information relating to the identity of the pupil and his/her legal guardian referred to in article 3 a and b must not be kept beyond the date of the pupil's departure from the school

Intermediate archiving:

At the end of this period, only data that is strictly relevant to one or more of the following purposes may be kept in an intermediate archive, in compliance with the applicable regulations, particularly in terms of personal data security and archive management: evidential, in the event of litigation, where data may be kept until the time limits for exercising ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies have been exhausted;evidential, in the event of control by authorized bodies of the data controller's compliance with its obligations;reopening and updating of a user's file, with such retention not exceeding a period of twelve months. School files must be kept for a minimum administrative useful life (DUA) of 10 years. Data archived in this way can only be consulted on a case-by-case basis by duly authorized personnel.
