We are delighted to present version 1.8.6 of Dastra! This new update is filled with exciting new features, improvements, and bug fixes that make your experience even smoother. Discover a new interface optimized for rights requests management, new actions in workflows, integration of radar charts in questionnaire response exports, and many other enhancements.
🚀 New Features
Improved interface for rights request management
We have completely redesigned the user experience to provide clearer and more intuitive navigation. A new sidebar menu and a visual indicator have been introduced, allowing you to quickly see the status of each request and the associated legal deadlines. Gain visibility, responsiveness... and peace of mind.
This update comes with several new fields that can be displayed in the requests table (filtering and sorting):
- Last message date from the requester
- Total suspension duration
- Number of suspensions
New permissions for message templates and shared templates
It is now possible to define more granular permissions for message templates. Only users with message template permissions (write or write their own elements) can create templates. These templates can now be personal or shared with all users in the workspace (only users with write permission for a message template can create a shared template). Users without specific permissions on templates can of course use the templates available in the workspace, but they cannot create new ones.
AI-assisted custom report generation
A new feature powered by artificial intelligence helps you generate custom reports based on your specific needs and your organization's data, without the need for complex configuration and a deep understanding of the data structure in Dastra.
New "Responsibility" section in the AI systems register
Until now, only one responsibility could be associated with an AI system. With this new section, you can declare multiple responsibilities for the same system, and provide justification for each one. This is a major improvement to better reflect operational reality and strengthen transparency and compliance with your practices.
New actions in automated workflows
- Assigning an owner from a team
Save time by automatically assigning a team member to tasks and rights requests. The system works on a rotation basis (carousel type) among the relevant team members, ensuring an equal distribution of tasks and better responsiveness in request processing. - Automatically archiving a treatment
This action allows you to automatically archive a treatment when a specific event or condition is met. A simple and effective way to keep your records up to date while reducing manual follow-up.
Integration of radar charts in questionnaire response exports
PDF or HTML exports of questionnaire responses now include radar charts, providing a clear and concise visualization of the results.
Redesign of the Partner Portal
The Partner Portal has been completely redesigned to offer a more modern, intuitive, and visually appealing experience. But that's not all: you can now directly manage the content of your partner profile page on our showcase website, which was previously exclusively managed by our team. Once your modifications are submitted, our approval is still required before publication to ensure consistency and quality.
✨ Improvements
- Improved display of filters in the matrix of a questionnaire response
- Better sorting of stakeholders in Excel exports of a treatment sheet
- Duplication detection when creating actors and assets to avoid recreating existing elements
- Added a 'select all' option in the tree view of the scheduling tool
- Ability to mass-delete tags
- Improved horizontal navigation in the merge tool
