In this version 1.8.3 of Dastra, we have completely redesigned the Privacy-hubs to add numerous features that are compatible with other modules of Dastra.

Redesign of Privacy-hubs
Based on your feedback collected during our client workshop dedicated to Privacy-hubs, we have worked to make this feature an even more powerful and intuitive solution for managing your privacy concerns.
The Privacy-hub allows organizations to create and customize a fully configurable public web portal, designed for managing compliance with personal data protection (among other things!). The Privacy-hub provides a simple and intuitive solution to establish a space of transparency and interaction with stakeholders of the organization, whether they are clients, subcontractors, or employees.
Previously, the Privacy-hub only allowed you to publish questionnaires to collect responses from your stakeholders.
Now, the Privacy-hub offers modular and flexible configuration, allowing you to select and activate the features of your choice from the following options:
- Customizable homepage (mandatory)
- Questionnaires (optional - requires the Questionnaires feature)
- Documents (optional)
- Exercise of rights (optional - requires the Exercise of rights feature)
- Organizational chart (optional)
- Register of processing activities (optional - requires the Register of processing activities feature)
The design of the public part of your Privacy-hub has been completely redesigned and modernized to accommodate all these new features.
The configuration interface of the Privacy-hub has also been completely redesigned, simplified, and streamlined to allow you to easily configure all these new features.
What remains unchanged:
- The names, descriptions, and URLs of your hubs
- Your design elements (logo, background image)
- Your existing questionnaires
No worries, your current hubs remain operational. We simply invite you to discover this new version to check the migration and take advantage of all these new features!
You can now access Privacy-hubs directly from the side navigation of Dastra (or from the previous location in the questionnaire submenu).
Questionnaires to collect contract projects
If you have activated the contracts feature, you can now create them directly from the responses to questionnaires.
We provide you with a questionnaire template, translated in English and French, specifically for this purpose.
Plan your questionnaire and assign your respondents. Once you have received and validated the responses, a 'Contract creation' button will appear on the questionnaire page.
You can then validate, modify, or delete the responses as needed to create your contract.

- Improved questionnaire export by removing tables and streamlining
