In view of the 2-year statute of limitations concerning the performance of the employment contract (art. L. 1471-1 CT), it is recommended that all documents relating to the performance of the employment contract (disciplinary file, appraisal interviews, timesheets, leave authorizations and supporting documents...) be kept for at least 2 years.
