This new version includes many small changes that will help you better structure the registry such as subprocessors or improve your productivity even more: generation of datasets by AI and response to data subject rights requests generated by AI.

We have also tried to further standardize the user experience of deleting items in Dastra: we have replaced the 'archiving' mechanic present in processing, violations, etc. by the term 'trashing'. We reassure you, this does not change anything technically, it is simply a change of wording in order to be more consistent.

Features

Sub-processors within the register: Until now, the management of sub-processors was done directly in the stakeholder file. This made this concept completely independent of the treatment register. We therefore wanted to improve the integration of these subcontractors into the register.

This will of course be present in the mapping and exports of the registry

New cover page for PDF exports: The cover page for exports has been reworked to minimize ink consumption for printers. You can also use a logo in a larger format (this will be automatically integrated into email notifications and exports)

AI Suggested Responses to DSR: You can now generate automated communication messages to data subjects.

White label of external questionnaires: you can now benefit from the promotion of your colours within the system of questionnaires sent outwards by replacing the Dastra logo with your own. Contact sales if you are interested.

Improvements

  • Replacement of the term 'Archive' by 'Move to the trash' in all modules of the application: data processing, requests to exercise rights
  • Ability to use the new data processing roles in questionnaire scheduling from workflows.
  • Ability to add processing directly from a measurement
  • Migration of AI models from GPT 3.5 boost to GPT 4: The model used will now be slightly slower but much more reliable in its responses.
  • Duplicate entire sections in questionnaire templates
  • Create suggested tasks from templates in questionnaires
  • ability to add a rectangular logo to the workspace
  • default addition of directors as questionnaire respondents and processing validators as questionnaire managers if the questionnaire is scheduled from within a processing
  • messages inviting completion of a treatment are displayed in the processing history
  • Addition of a recycle garbage can in questionnaire templates

Corrections
